This role will consist of guiding individuals within a large team of highly skilled support agents, you must identify training needs for the members of your team and performing the training required. In this role, you must be attentive and notice upcoming ticket trends within your support environment and rectify these issues as fast as possible.


If you wish to apply for this role we do ask that you have the following requirements:

A minimum of 3+ years’ experience within a similar supervisory role, experience with ITIL service delivery best practices. For this role, having worked in a Citrix environment is considered an advantage and knowledge of Dame Ware or any other remote tools will help your application.

Not required but have a high level of proficiency in the following languages are considered a plus, French, German, Japanese and Russian (Not Necessary but is an advantage)
