Legal eDiscovery Analyst
itContracting are pleased to be partnering with our client, a highly respected Legal services firm based in Dublin, in the hiring of an eDiscovery Analyst.
The role requires legal expertise and knowledge of legal environments, terminology and technology, including Litigation Support Applications.
Experience:
* You should be degree educated, ideally in a legal or technical discipline
* Ideally a minimum of 4 years working in a Law firm or legal environment, with experience in litigation and Litigation Support Applications
* Good experience with eDiscovery technologies, processes and procedures with willingness to move into a more technical eDiscovery role and to lead training, application support and eDiscovery assistance
* Ability to configure and maintain eDiscovery platforms
* Good knowledge of legal process, litigation, and legal terminology. A background as a legal clerk, legal secretary or legal assistant would be an advantage
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Confident in working with all levels of the legal profession
* Strong technical abilities with Microsoft Office technologies
* Good overall working knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance
* Ability to manage and lead small to medium scale projects. Experience using MS Project or similar would be beneficial.
