Our client, a global market-leader based in Dublin 18, requires a Full Stack Java Developer for a permanent position with fantastic work environment and benefits package.

The successful candidate will join an Agile team and help develop highly scalable web applications with a focus on usability and performance.

Responsibilities:

·         Designing innovative solutions utilising the latest technologies.

·         Completion of changes and bug fixes in agreed sprints

·         Unit Testing, Build and Deploy

·         Working closely with the business to get clear expectation on change requests and demonstration of changes through bi monthly review sessions

·         Opportunities to influence the technologies and practises in use.

Requirements    

·         5+ years’ experience in Core Java, Java EE, JavaScript and UI development.

·         Experience with continuous integration and agile development methodology

·         Commercial development experience on all tiers of a complex application, from front end, server, integration points and database

·         Tech Stack:

o   Java, J2EE, Spring, JSP/Servlets, RESTful Web Service

o   UI Technologies: JavaScript (AngularJS), Bootstrap; HTML5; CSS3; Ajax

o   UI Unit testing – Jasmine; Karma

o   Database: ORM Technologies (Hibernate, JPA Ibatis), SQL, JDBC
