Helpdesk Co-Ordinator

Recruit First IT is seeking a Helpdesk Co-Ordinatorm for a large and well know company based in West Dublin.
The ideal person will have the following skills:
• 1 years experience working within an IT company
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ezxcellent customer service skills
• Excellent prioritisation skills
• Some IT exposure such as Word and Excel

This is a role where you will be working to help the company in question resource their internal staff for their clients and help manage who will be on site on certain days/times to get the IT work done to a very high standard.
