WHAT YOU WILL DO

Working closely with the product owners, the development team, QA, with the product leadership in Maryland and your job will include:

* People management - hiring, coaching, performance management
* Scrum master

* Remove impediments from the development and testing team
* Manage provided scope as well as determining overall velocity to predict future commitments
* Communicate to key stakeholders the overall progress of the team (KPIs)
* Constantly strive to improve productivity of the team

YOUR EXPERIENCE

* BS or higher within Computer Science, Engineering or related field
* 3+ years as a scrum master on software development projects
* 3+ years of people management
* 5+ years software development using a modern OOO language
* Working and leading in a matrix-based multinational organization

NICE TO HAVE

* Experience in medical device industry or any regulated industry
* C# development experience
