I am seeking 2 Service Desk Engineers for my client, a market leader in the financial space based in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis accompanied by an excellent salary up to €32k depending on experience, and benefits package.
The ideal candidate would hold experience in a number of the following areas:
• Provide first line support through the call-logging software and on-site, as appropriate for all incidents and requests.
• Escalate incidents and requests to on-site third line support, third parties or other teams where appropriate
• TCP/IP and/or LAN/WAN Troubleshooting
• Blackberry Enterprise Server Blackberry Handhelds
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 / 2010 / 2013
• RSA Secure ID or other VPN Technologies
• Active Directory
• Windows OS 7 / 10
• Building and Maintaining Desktop/Laptops (HP/Dell)
• Network Security
• Experience in a Financial Services Environment is advantageous
• Support Desk call logging tools – HP service centre / Remedy / JIRA would be beneficial
