Candidates must have

At least 2 years experience in a busy bar / restuarant

Good working knowledge of the hospitality industry

Available to work evenings/ weekends

Available 5/7 days

HACCP and MH Trained (training can be provided)

Fluent English

Valid work permit where necessary

Reliable and with a proven track record in the industry
