Senior Network & Security Engineer- Dublin City
Salary up €95,000 DOE with fantastic benefits
My Dublin based client is currently seeking to hire a Senior Network & Security Engineer to join their expanding team. You will be joining an established team in Dublin city centre and working with the most up to date cloud based technologies on the market.
You will be joining one of Dublin's most sought-after places to work and coming into an environment that encourages creativity and forward thinking.
You will be working on a number of projects including architecture, evaluating existing and implementing new structures. You will also be testing the networks defence system and where possible make improvements.
Requirements:
* Degree or higher in a computer related field
* 8+ years within IT Security or similar role.
* Strong networking skills including routing, switching & firewalls
* Multi vendor experience
* IPS/IDS skills
* Linux administration skills
* Knowledge of cloud infrastructures (AWS)
* Scripting skills python, perl etc
* Web application firewalling
