TalentScope Recruitment Solutions on behalf of our client in Dublin City Centre, is seeking applications for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to work on Level 1 Technical issues.

Our client is a Global Technology company with operations in over 15 countries worldwide and growing across 4 continents.

They are currently hiring for their IT Support team in Dublin and require candidates with the following expertise.

*MINIMUM of 1 years IT Helpdesk experience
*Experience of ServiceNow Helpdesk Systems
*Windows Operations Systems support
*Active Directory Support
*Office 365 Support
*Native English Speaker (English must be your first language)

The role will require some shift patterns to be worked on occasion which will be compensated with extra pay/time in lieu.
