EssentialSkillz is looking to add a Support Engineer to facilitate their team in assisting customers in using their learning management and authoring platform. The Application Support Engineer role delivers high-quality technical assistance for the EssentialSkillz product range. The role will be to solve technical issues in a timely and helpful manner.
Dealing with issues and questions logged by our customer support team
Troubleshooting technical issues reported via our internal ticketing system
Configuring customers accounts
Fixing bugs in the software codebase
Undertaking minor development work with the potential to grow this aspect over time
Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
Ability to work on your own initiative
We require 1 or more years commercial experience with:
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. They will be able to manage their time well and solve problems efficiently.
