My client is currently seeking a level 2 Support Engineer on a contract basis in Dublin. The role is accompanied by an excellent daily rate and great location. This is an Urgent Requirement.
• 2 +year experience working as a Desktop Support Engineer, underpinned by strong all-round communication skills, particularly in technical matters.
• Detailed knowledge of basic computer concepts, PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge in Windows OS installation and troubleshooting, in particular windows 7 and windows 10.
• Experience in supporting Apple OS.
• Experience supporting Windows clients in a managed desktop environment.
• Experience with Office 365 and the Microsoft online stack.
• Good working knowledge of VMware virtualization methodologies and Veeam backup and replication software.
• Experienced in supporting mobile devices both android and Apple.
