The Role:
• Lead in the definition of required business outcomes with stakeholders
• work with business counterparts to define business processes
• Facilitate workshops
• Articulate business outcomes and requirements in the documentation that provides traceability between business strategy and project objectives
• Support the identification of business change where necessary

Key Skills:
• Stakeholder management
• Influencing and facilitation skills
• Experience of working on process and change projects is desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
