Allen Recruitment is assisting an IT Services and Solutions company in West Dublin source an IT Support Analyst for their established Application Support team. This is a permanent role and will suit a Technical Support Specialist who has experience supporting ERP type applications and systems.

Responsibilities:

* Provide Client Technical Support for an ERP application (training on Application will be provided)
* Provide Hardware set-up and support
* Software installation and maintenance
* Provide quick response to customers technical questions and problems
* Troubleshoot issues as required
* Assist in system upgrades, conversions and other maintenance routines

Desired Experience:

* Experience in the use (and support) of ERP Systems
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (able to work within a busy ticketing support environment responding to customers in a professional and efficient manner)
* Knowledge of accounting practices (desirable)
* Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills required
* A willingness to learn is essential (extensive on-the-job training is provided)

Skills Required:

* SQL Server
* Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
* Windows Networking
* Strong written and oral English communication skills
