Our client researches and develops innovative, high quality solutions designed to make diagnostic testing more accurate. They are now looking for an IT Operational Support Specialist to join their Software Team.

As an IT Operational Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of support to customers using our client’s scientific QC software.
Liaising directly with customers, you’ll strive to identify, diagnose and resolve reported issues in a timely manner.
You’ll help to maintain software platforms on a daily basis, as well as assisting with the design and testing of future versions of software. Additionally, you’ll travel to customer sites to install and conduct training sessions for our client’s software.
To be considered, you must have:
- Previous experience of working with quality control applications
- Experience of the application of statistics
- The willingness to travel and a full driving licence
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT
As an IT Operational Support Specialist, you must be highly organised with an analytical approach to problem solving. Self-motivated and enthusiastic, you must also have a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
