Reporting to the Head of MIS, this exciting role offers career progressive opportunities for an ambitious, motivated and highly organized individual to join an innovative Medical Device Company.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Ecommerce System ownership, including user support.
•
Support the Head of MIS in providing ERP Implementation support and training for group companies.
•
CRM System Administration
•
Work closely with external cloud hosting partners to maintain integrity of systems
•
Liaise with Sales and Manufacturing departments in providing management information requirements.
•
Support internal business collaborates as required to investigate and develop action plans for necessary projects.
•
Support with preparation of monthly management and statutory accounts.
•
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support on financial projects.
Person Profile
•
We are looking for a reporting and Data Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to deliver management information.
•
Part-Qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Industry. Experience in a Manufacturing environment a distinct advantage but not essential. Desire to continue financial education (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
•
ERP system experience preferably Microsoft Dynamics GP.
•
Analytically minded, seeks out problem solving opportunities
•
Strong organizational skills with ability to adapt to change rapidly and handling multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
•
Good team building and relationship skills with ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization.
•
Demonstrates an energetic, self-motivated and flexible approach in all matters.
•
Available for business travel when required.
