Our client is a leading, independent IT infrastructure solutions provider. They’re now looking for a Support Desk Engineer to join their office in Dublin 12.

As a Support Desk Engineer, you will provide 1st level telephone and remote support to customers.
In this varied role, you’ll liaise with customers to resolve their technical queries in a timely manner. You’ll support a range of technologies, including Microsoft Windows, Office and Exchange, Dell hardware, routing and firewall devices and networking solutions.
You’ll have the backing of an experienced 2nd Level Support Team for when you encounter more complex technical queries, giving you plenty of opportunities to broaden your areas of expertise.
Interested? To be considered, you will need at least one year’s IT support experience. A team player mentality and strong problem-solving skills are also key.
Customer-focused and proactive, as a Support Desk Engineer, you will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and analytical abilities. You’ll also be able to think on your feet and effectively prioritise your workload.
