Program Director, Permanent, Co. Dublin

My client a company with expertise in sensors and software systems are undergoing a period of rapid growth. They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team in a Program Director role.

The Role:

The successful Senior PM will liaise between your squads of engineers and managing partners within the business reporting directly to the CEO. You will develop a disciplined structure of your team and run daily scrum meetings. You will work on varying sizes of projects using Agile methodology. As Program Director you will design and implement my client's project roadmap. The ideal candidate will have experience in either the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.

Skills/Experience required:

* 5+ years Project Management experience
* 3rd level education
* Must have experience in either he healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
* Technical background, preferably within software development
* Client facing experience
* Agile experience is essential
