Deskside Support Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate working with an established team to provide both Hardware and Software Support.
- Providing Level 1 Technical Support and Deskside Support
- Support of telephony and internet/ Wifi connectivity
- Installation of printers and scanners
- Working as part of a team, to tight deadlines
- Resolving all incidents within agreed SLA’s
What you need:
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Service level requirements met
- Excellent Communication skills
- Flexibility and prepared to work in required areas
- Ability to work on own initiative
