Enclave is a fast-growing dynamic company headquartered in Dublin. We provide IT Director to Desktop based Managed IT Services and Business Software Systems. Our abilities lie in combining the most robust Infrastructure and the correct software to help greatly improve our customer’s efficiency, profitability and competitiveness.
Roles and responsibilities
Design configure and installation of the following:
- HP PC’s and Laptops
HP Switches
Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange online)
Microsoft Office 364 (Teams/SharePoint and OneDrive)
HP Printers
McAfee EPO Cloud
Azure backup
SonicWall Firewalls - Basic configuration
Sonic Points – WAP – Guest and Internal
SonicWall VPN – Global and SSL
Character
- Well-groomed, neat appearance
- Extraordinary interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Logical thinker with excellent project management skills
- Able to multi-task across several open cases and manage and prioritise own time
- Attention to detail
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
- Microsoft Server 2012 administration
- McAfee AV
- Understanding of switching, firewalls and routing
- Practical understanding of Core TCP/IP networking and networking protocols
- Good understanding of DNS
- Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, Skype for Business
Other
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a diverse technology and customer service-focused role
- Relevant 3rd level qualification desirable
- Clean licence and own transport ideally
