I have an opportunity available for a Technical Support Engineer with a background in telecoms. The Ideal candidate will have 2-3 year experience supporting Juniper Technologies as you will be providing assistance with troubleshooting and following up ticketing issue. For this role, you will be the first line of ticketing support and also provide early life support during Juniper Core 100G QFX migrations.
Qualifications & Experience
* IT Qualification (Third Level)
* 2-3 years relevant experience
* Juniper QFX Certification is highly beneficial
This contract will provide the opportunity to expand your current skillset and fulfill a project for one of the worlds largest ISP's.
