RealTime Recruitment is urgently looking for an experienced Dynamics AX Functional Support Consultant to work with a Top Client of ours based in Dublin. Our Client will accommodate 2 days remote work for the right candidate.
This is a 12-month contract based role with a very strong possibility of extension with an attractive rate.
The Role:
• Interact with the support team/business users, debug and derive the technical issue to resolution
• Facilitate communication between business users and IT to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of support issue resolution
• Provide proactive Daily Monitoring of all customer interfaces and internal system integrations for all supported ERP Applications including but not limited to: Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics AX for Retail, Microsoft SQL (for AX)
• Interface with third party developers and be able to facilitate communication between developers and managers at board level.
Key Skills:
• 3 years of Dynamics AX Functional Support experience
• Microsoft SQL experience
• Experience with multiple modules in Dynamics AX
• Experience in supporting large ERP or financial systems and supporting a diverse team of users
• Microsoft Office experience including Excel and Outlook
