RealTime recruitment has a requirement for a Software Development Manager/ .NET Technical Lead to join one of our top clients for a permanent position in Dublin City Centre.
As part of this role, you will be managing a team of developers and will require hands-on technical expertise also.
Experience required:
• Proven track record working in a Software Development Manager position
• Strong .Net background – AS400 experience desirable
• Proven track record working in an Agile environment – experience running Scrum Meetings
• Working with the Business to identify needs
• Performance Appraisals
• Excellent communication skills
