TalentScope Recruitment Solutions on behalf of our client in South Dublin, is seeking applications for Network/Infrastructure Support Analysts for a Permanent position in their technology team.

Working with their Enterprise customers/clients, you will be providing a 3rd Level support service on networking/infrastructure issues. You should have strong technical capability in all of the following areas.

*

Networking (Routers/Switches/LAN/WAN/VLANing, TCP/IP, VPN)

*Client Certification Authentication, SCEP, SSL PKI)

*VMWare Administration

*Exchange Administration (ActiveSync)

*Active Directory (or other LDAP directories)

*Microsoft IIS

This

role will require an analytical trouble-shooter who will be comfortable working on complex technical issues, often working closely with vendors for complete solutions.

You will also be an escalation point for Level 1 and 2 support teams as an expert in the Infrastructure/Networking resolution area.
