Our client is a successful and independent Irish technology company focused on providing cloud based backup and disaster recovery services to businesses across Ireland and abroad. They are now looking for a Junior Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their fast-moving IT Department.

As a Junior Helpdesk Support Engineer, you’ll provide a high level of technical support to customers.
In this varied role, you will:
- Provide support remotely and via the telephone
- Update the call logging system
- Build positive relationships with customers and the wider IT Team
- Investigate any issues, recommend remedial action and co-ordinate third party suppliers
- Monitor and manage customers’ SLAs
Interested? To be considered, you will need:
- At least one year’s IT experience
- A recognised IT qualification
- Excellent English communication skills
