We're searching for an experienced Java Developer to join a highly regarded insurance company at their North Dublin offices on a permanent and full time basis. The client has a large number of offices throughout Ireland and has experienced continual growth in recent years. This represents an opportunity to lead a talented and forward-thinking development team.

Your Experience:

* At least 5 years' Java software development experience.
* Strong working knowledge of software development frameworks.
* Experienced in design patterns and micro services.
* Strong leadership skills, able to inspire and lead a team.
* Previous experience within insurance would be beneficial.

The purpose of this role is to manage and strive for continuous development of processes. You'll motivate and review the work of the development team, delivering complete enterprise solutions.
