RealTime Recruitment has a requirement for an Operations Manager for a permanent position based in South Dublin.
As part of this role you will be required to ensure that the operational performance of the development teams, suppliers and processes are managed effectively. You will have a strong career history in an IT Operational Delivery position who has a strong understanding and passion for people, service and technology as well as eager to help annuity operations advance quickly.
Experience Required:
• Proven track record as an operational/technical manager with a diverse background with strong experience working in challenging situations on various technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach direct reports in good proactive for Operational IT Management
• Expert in IT Operations with the ability to listen to others and encourage others to bring opinions and ideas to the team
• Managed Services Background - highly advantageous
• ITIL Certification
