Desktop Support Engineer (L2) - Contract (Dublin)
Are you a level 2 Desktop Support Engineer? Then I may have the job for you!
I am working with a well established Irish company who have multiple projects for a talented Desktop Support Engineer. They have certain requirements that need implemented over the next 6+ months on their current infrastructure and you will be the person responsible for transferring these needs into a reality.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in an IT related subject
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Desktop Engineer
* Excellent communication skills combined with strong troubleshooting skills
* Previous experience in financial or professional services is a bonus!
* Experience supporting end-users on both hardware and software
* Previous Exp with Active directory is essential
* Support with MS Office 365
* Knowledge of ISO and GDPR would be a good advantage
* Experience with Power BI
* Experience troubleshooting Hardware, Software and network issues and resolving issues
