Provides resolutions to an assortment of HR related problems of moderately complex scope. Uses judgment within defined practices and procedures. Tasks are completed with accuracy and in an efficient manner, within SLAs. May work cross-functionally to resolve inquiry

Updates relevant HR system(s) to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely data entry
Ensures compliance with requirements established by company procedures, local government regulations, and audit requirements
Participates in process improvement initiatives for functional area of expertise
Ownership for records management for the entire Dell employee population in UK & Ireland
HR Admin support including employee letters, systems updates, employment certificates and visa support documentation.
Applies high level knowledge of functional areas of HR processes and programs to respond to questions
Monthly payroll coordination for including management of monthly changes and inputs
Time and attendance supporting including query resolution, manager support and payroll interface
