TalentScope Recruitment Solutions on behalf of our client in Dublin is seeking applications for an IT Helpdesk Co-Ordinator role.
You will have at least 1 years Helpdesk Co-Ordination experience - assigning tickets to the relevant teams and managing the ticketing system to ensure issues are being resolved quickly and efficiently.
*Previous experience in the above is required.
You may also have worked on an IT Helpdesk and have a good technical knowledge which will be beneficial.
No people management expertise required - but strong CRM, Helpdesk, Office Skills, excellent communication skills. Ability to keep tickets moving, and being a good point of contact for customers.
