IT Infrastructure Engineer required to join a cutting edge technology company based in IFSC in Dublin 1. The IT Infrastructure Engineer will join a global IT team that provides technical infrastructure support including firewalls, web servers, and systems for users base of C100.

Responsibilities:

·         Provide onsite management of IT infrastructure to include network devices, iSCSI storage, VMware hosts, wireless devices

·         IT security responsibility to include daily review of security logs, maintaining patch level of systems &

·         devices

·         Provide onsite technical support to users as applicable (80% Windows, 20% Mac)

·         Install, configure, and support the LANs, remote users, and Internet systems

·         Maintain network and workstation/ hardware and software

·         Liaison and coordination with internal or external IT Support functions in other locations

·         Update & create support documentation and helpdesk knowledgebase

Requirements

·         BA (Honours) in a relevant Information Technology program

·         5+ years experience that demonstrates strong IT infrastructure skills (networking, servers, desktops, laptops)

·         Must have relevant work experience within a software company in a similar role

·         Direct experience with ISO27001

·         General support experience covering: Servers and workstations on site (Mac, Windows 7/8/10, Windows 2008 Server, Windows 2012 Server, SQL Server/Oracle, VMware ESXi and Linux)

·         Exchange 2013 administration

·         Phone system administration
