itContracting are seeking immediate applications for Level 2 Helpdesk Engineers, these are long term contract or permanent positions based in Cherrywood, Dublin 18

Requirements:

* Windows O/S from Windows 2008 (Servers) and Windows 7 (Desktop)
* Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Group Policies, Users, Groups,
* Lotus Notes
* Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016
* Microsoft Office Applications and Suites
* Ironport
* Citrix
* PC Support
* Smart devices
* Remote Access queries
* Respond to telephone and email queries
* Provide remote assistance to users
* Create and manage users AD accounts
* Assign Onsite engineers/provide remote assistance to Onsite engineers
* New user account setup
* Account removal/transfer
* Controlling and monitoring web access
* 1st tier plus break/fix plus resolution of previously documented tier 2 issues
* Accept, diagnose and resolve 1st level plus service requests.
* Excellent English is a must - Written and Spoken
