Excellent permanent opportunity for an ambitious helpdesk technician to move in to a general infrastructure role.

The role
* General onsite management of infrastructure - 500 servers, 100 users, 1000 devices in total - network (Cisco house), patching, security, servers, Windows and Linux admin, telecoms
* There is a helpdesk role as a separate function, however a degree of client support is involved in the role
* Creating documentation and writing procedures
Candidate profile
* Strong educations background with Third Level degree in IT and relevant recent certifications
* Strong helpdesk level 1 and 2 support experience in a software company
* Good knowledge of Windows Servers with some exposure to Linux
* Knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory
* Direct experience working in an ISO certified organization would be a strong advantage
* Ambitious individual focused on development and career progression
* Valid and unrestricted working visa for the Republic of Ireland as EU passport or stamp 4
