As an innovative and passionate company, our client specialises in web development, web applications, CMS solutions, e-marketing, e-commerce, online advertising and online branding for a range of blue-chip clients. They are now looking for Digital Account Manager to join their team.

As a Digital Account Manager, you will take charge of a portfolio of existing digital accounts. Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will support continued growth of the business through exceptional account management services and excellent digital marketing activity. 

Your role will be split into two elements, firstly and most importantly, client servicing activities and secondly, the administration associated with client services activity. 

Taking the lead on account development and management, you will deliver websites, web applications, digital campaigns, website maintenance and digital projects. You will work with Designers and Programmers from our client’s studio, ensure client satisfaction and support business development activities. 

You will ensure projects are invoiced accurately, quotes are drafted, and budget reports are updated and generated on a weekly and monthly basis. 

Interested? To be considered, you will need: 

- At least four years’ relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment handling large scale clients 
- Experience of contributing to new business development in an agency environment 
- Evidence of hands on digital marketing experience and depth of expertise in at least one aspect of digital 
- A marketing or business degree (or equivalent) 

Knowledgeable and client focused, as a Digital Account Manager, you will be a strong communicator with a team player mentality and the ability to forge strong working relationships. 

A digital marketing qualification would be a bonus, but this is by no means essential.
