realTime Recruitment is on the lookout out for a Business Process Analyst to join one a leading financial institution for a contract role based in South Dublin. This is a daily rate contract with a good chance of extension.

The Role:
• Perform process re-engineering
• Create As-is and To-be process maps
• Review and improve the customer journey
• Drive process optimisation
• Create detailed business requirements

Key Skills:
• Prior experience working on process improvement initiatives
• A knowledge of Lean Six Sigma would be highly advantageous
• Proven track record proactively managing multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
