itContracting are now taking applications for an Level 2 Deskside Support Engineer. This is a 6 month day rate contract in Ballydine, Clonmel.

Ideally you should have the following technology and support experience:

* Active Directory User, Group and Permission Management
* Excellent Client PC and Laptop hardware replacement, maintenance and troubleshooting
* Windows 7, 8.x & 10 setup, troubleshooting and support in a business or manufacturing environment
* Desk moves, setups, client data transfer
* Warranty management with 3rd party vendors
* Business Application Support
* Microsoft Office and/or Office 365
* Microsoft Outlook
* PC Imaging
* Client Print support
* Client networking
* Smartphone configuration (iOS and Android)
* Client Antivirus
* Client Network Cabling and Patching
* Peripheral device support
