Job description
We would like someone who develops software, analyzes needs and requirements based on story cards. Writes, edits, and maintains code, while consistently following programming standards and best practices. Designs and implements low-latency, high-available, high performant applications and code sets. Considers security and data protection at all times while writing code and developing applications. Writes reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Integrates applications with backend systems - Integration of user-facing elements with server side logic. Integrates database and data storage solutions, including cloud based solutions such as AWS (RDS, SES/SNS, and Amazon S3 storage etc, etc)

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, JQuery
• Knowledge of Node.js
• Knowledge of Vue, React or Angular
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (Less or SASS, etc.)
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Competent in Adobe Photoshop
• Competent in Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to work with PSD files and generate pixel perfect assets
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources
• RESTful API’s – worked with RESTful interfaces and know best practices
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Creating or having input into database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Implementing unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
