TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin, is seeking applications for a Service Desk Co-Ordinator/Administrator for their IT Team.
Role
*You will be responsible for ensuring that the Service Desk (Helpdesk) team are achieving their KPIs and metrics agreed with clients and assigning service desk cases to the appropriate helpdesk agents in the team.
*Scheduling Onsite visits for Senior Engineers
*Providing status updates to customers on their technical issues.
*Striving to exceed Service Levels and to be constantly improving the level of service delivery to clients
*Working on improvement of current processes and procedures in place for the Service Desk.
Skills Required
*Previous expertise in co-ordinating Helpdesk engineers
*Strong general IT knowledge
*Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal
*ITIL Certification
*Strong CRM usage expertise
