They are growing their customer service team and would like to meet enthusiastic people with one years experience in customer service.
If you have exposure to software product customer support great, but what they really want is a can do attitude and a willingness to help the customer and make them happy.
The role involves demonstrating the software to customers via webinars and on the phone. Taking the customer through the on-boarding process and maintaining a relationship with the customer ensuring they are getting the best out of the software.
You have excellent English and one other language either Spanish or Portuguese. You will receive full product training and be backed up by an experienced team.
