Essential Skills must include

*Excellent experience with MS-Exchange (to include ActiveSync)
*Active Directory administration experience
*Load Balancing
*PKI - SCEP
*Office 365 / AD
*VMware Administration
*Networking Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, Routers/Switches)
*VPN/VLANing

Certification in CCNA Level

This role will be providing remote support to large corporate clients and a strong client/customer ethic will be required. Ability to work on complex technical issues and provide support to more junior members is required.
