TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf our our client, is seeking applications for an Operations/Service Delivery Manager on a permanent basis.
The role is for a hands-on Operations and Service manager. This person must have experience managing a small team of engineers, have a strong technical IT background and the commercial awareness to deal with customers from a service delivery perspective.
You will be managing the scheduling of projects, manage engineers (1:1), managing IT service delivery, and have the ability to manage customer boundaries from a support / project perspective.
The successful candidate will provide reporting / KPI’s and liaise with customers as required to measure the success of our service and to manage the scope of our services with the customer.
This person will also manage internal processes and documentation, he/she will ensure engineers are documenting and following the procedures he/she puts in place.
*Previous Operations Management/Service Delivery Management expertise, ideally within IT Services, Managed Services Environment.
*Excellent technical capability
*Strong people management expertise, comfortable with performance management, 1:1 reviews, managing KPIs and documentation.
*Ability to hold regular Operations meeting/review to access progress/status
*Strong ability to work closely with customers to review performance, offer relevant services and manage client delivery.
*Project Management capability
