Product Manager / Product Owner required for our Cork based Client. This is a fast paced, expanding company which offers huge scope for progression within the company. My Client develops a number of e-commerce web applications delivering a high-performance system to global users. The successful Product Manager / Product will be able to develop innovative solutions by approaching problems with curiosity and open mindedness

 

Responsibilities:

·         Work collaboratively with design, technology and commercial teams to define and deliver the product to optimise value for customers

·         Help lead the design, delivery and support of a market winning product.  

·         Identifying and validating the market opportunity and client needs through a combination of market insight, customer research, internal collaboration and performance analysis.

·         Defining product objectives, strategy and roadmaps including how to measure their ultimate success

·         Leading product development, incorporating user-centred design and an agile delivery process.

·         Assisting the agile teams by clarifying requirements and providing market insight

·         Owning, measuring and enhancing the product throughout its lifecycle, optimising performance KPIs including revenue, usage, feedback and churn

·         Acting as product expert across the business supporting the marketing, operations and commercial teams

 

Requirements

·         3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner working with Agile software engineering teams working on new product development

·         Experience of adopting user centred design processes

·         Analytical and results-oriented, and can make recommendations based on data-analysis. 

·         Experience conducting cost-benefits analysis to estimate the ROI of product features and concepts. 

·         Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting at all levels in the organization and to key external customers. 

·         Proven track record of managing projects and delivering on-time, on-budget, and on-specification.
