I'm currently representing an innovative and dynamic Clinical Software House that is currently looking to recruit a Java Team Lead to their team. This role is on a Solution Delivery team and you will need to have experience working within cross-functional teams.

The Role:

You will be managing a team of three Developers and an Automated Tester. You will ensure that software solutions are meeting the requirements of the business. You will grow and develop your team, whilst also getting an understanding of the business side. The role will be about 50% Development and 50% Management activities. Here, management are still technical, so it's important that you still enjoy coding.

You:

You will have a minimum of 1 years leading experience, with strong Enterprise Java Experience. Also, you will be open and interested to use Grails and iOs.
