IT Systems Engineer - Contract Dublin
I am working with a multinational financial institution based near St Stephens Green who are currently seeking a talented Snr IT Systems Engineer to join their expanding team. This is your opportunity to secure a long-term contract that would likely renew again due to the project and BAU aspect of the role.
As this is a financial company, candidates with a background in banking or professional services would be very well suited for the position however this is certainly not a prerequisite.
Candidates must have previous experience working with virtual environments (Over 100 virtual servers).
Demonstrated experience in:
* Windows Server 2012/R2, 2016 - deployment, support and administration
* Exchange 2013, 2016, Online - deployment, support and administration
* Active Directory and O365 administration
* SME Networking - implementation and support (Juniper, Cisco or Fortigate experience essential)
* DAS and SANs - support and administration
* VMWARE - deployment, support and administration - (Environments of over 100 virtual servers)
* Veeam
It would be great if you also have:
* VCA & VCP VMware certification is a big bonus
* VOIP experience - deployment, support and administration
* Public cloud topology experience
* MSP experience in a similar role
* Industry certifications to support the above
* Tertiary IT qualifications
* Customer service experience
