Java/JavaScript Senior Software Engineer

Our client, based in the heart of Dublin’s tech district, is looking for keen and talented senior software engineers to join their growing team. You’ll be working on extending and maintaining some products that are in use by some of the world’s largest corporations, so an understanding and appreciation for security, performance, and reliability is key.

The Requirements:

• You must be eligible to live and work in Ireland on application
• You should have at least four years of experience (preferably more) in writing software in Java and JavaScript
• You should have exposure to using performance monitoring tools for software optimisation
• Web services, and their underlying protocols, are second nature to you
• You’ll be using container technologies like Docker to help develop and deliver your software
• Automated testing is at the heart of all your development
• You’ll be experienced at mentoring more junior members of the team
• You’ll be educated to a Degree level in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
