Technical Support Engineer Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate supporting the onboarding and integration of new customers across Europe to our client’s digital platform.
You will come from a level 2 / 3 support background with good technical knowledge and experience.
You will have some familiarity with Java and API’s and understand the concept of how they work.
- Act as subject matter expert
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to technical teams
- Working on digital solutions
What you need:
- Level 2 / 3 technical support experience
- 4+ years’ experience in a support role dealing with customers
- Knowledge of Java and API’s
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability dealing with customers
