Development Team Lead - South Dublin

I am currently looking for a technically strong leader to join my multinational client and lead a medium sized team of talented developers through an exciting project.

The role will require you to take on the best of two roles, you will be leading the team from the front and will be expected to set the direction of work, review team members work load and overall take responsibility for delivery of a major project for my client. The other side of the role is to stay hands on technical, the role is a good split between this and the leading side of things and you will be expected to be heavily involved with high level coding and architecture, bug fixes and code reviews.

My client is a large software house that provide a range of software solutions to other global clients and also have their own suite of award winning products.

Requirements:

* 8+ years of developing commercially with the full .Net Stack
* Some experience with leadership (doesn't have to be from a lead position)
* Strong experience with C#, .Net and JavaScript
* Experience with angular is beneficial
* Experience with ASP.Net, MVC, Entity Framework, Web API and SQL Server
* Experience and understanding of the agile methodology

Benefits:

* Salary 80-90k
