Job Description

We are currently extending our development team and are actively seeking a junior Software Developer with 1 - 2 years experience with Unity 3D and C#, alternatively a candidate that has strong knowledge or experience with object orientated programming in a C based language may be considered. The primary focus will be continued development of a 3D application that integrates with backend web services. The candidate will be working alongside other engineers and developers, working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and the creation of quality products is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build applications in Unity 3D
Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of applications
Collaborate with a team to define, design and ship new features
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality

Key Personal Attributes/Skills

1 - 2 years experience with Unity 3D & proficient with C#
Experiences with Linux and PHP
Experience with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services
Bench marking and optimization capabilities
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
Familiarity with continuous integration
