My client, a leading Financial Services provider are currently seeking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst (Level 1 & 2) on a short term contract to be based in Dublin for an immediate start.
Successful candidates should possess:
- Previous experience with Application Support.
- Experience using a ticket management system.
- Experience dealing with Mobile issues (IOS & Android).
- Working experience with Dynamics CRM & SharePoint.
- Knowledge/experience with ITIL.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant 3rd level qualification.
