I have a great opportunity for level 3 Support Engineer to join an innovative and cutting edge tech company based in Swords, North Dublin. They require a highly skilled contractor who can hit the ground running and provide level 3 support for their customer base.

* 3-5 years Level 3 IT support Experience (preferably in a customer facing role)
* Strong background with Microsft technology is essential
* Experience in supporting small to medium sized customers
* Proven experience of installation, migration and trouble-shooting issues with windows server 2008/2012/2016, windows small business server 2008/2011
* Proven experience of installation, migration and trouble-shooting issues with routers and firewalls
* Proven experience in delivering and documenting complex IT projects
* Proven experience in network and server issue diagnostics / resolution
* Experience in Server Virtualization (Microsoft Hyper V / Azure)
* Experience in VoIP Technologies
* MS Exchange configuration & migration skills (On premise and cloud/hybrid)
* Strong understanding of Cloud Services / Cloud Exchange and Exchange Migrations Office 365
* Experience of implementing LAN/WAN technologies
