My client is currently seeking a Senior level 2 Support Engineer on a permanent basis in Dublin. The role is accompanied by an excellent salary and great location. This is an Urgent Requirement.
Level 2 Support Engineer
The ideal candidate would possess experience in a number of the following areas:
• Strong Windows Server Experince
• Install, support and troubleshoot end user physical and virtual operating systems including Microsoft and MacOS.
• Install, support and troubleshoot desktop user software, including Microsoft Office 365 (hosted Exchange / OneDrive / Sharepoint), Conferencing Services, Adobe, printer drivers, etc.
• Active Directory Account Setup
• Proven track record of managing to SLAs.
